Yoba Frozen Yogurt

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Posted on: November 25, 2010

I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday with your friends and family. This will be a quick and simple post so forgive me if you were expecting the usual long-winded and scatter-brained writing style that I usually bring to the table.

Last night was an extremely exciting night for me because Yoba Frozen Yogurt had its ‘soft-open’ event from 6pm-10pm at the Greene. The purpose of this opening was for the training of the staff and to make sure our operations were efficient enough to handle the customers. Well, my incredible staff worked so hard last night and fully exceeded my expectations. They were extremely friendly to the customers, knowledgeable about the products, and not to mention, they were making some amazing looking and delicious frozen yogurt and bubble teas.

These last few months have been an incredible learning experience  and it was just an extremely rewarding experience to see all the planning and work go into this project finally come to life. To see the customers enjoying the products and atmosphere of the store is something that I do not have the skills to put into words. Because operations went so smoothly yesterday (although I would not be surprised if we have glitches in the future) we will be open this coming Friday, 11/26, from 11am-11pm and continue with our regular hours from there.

I hope you all will stop by soon to experience Yoba Frozen Yogurt yourself. We will do everything we can to make your visit rewarding.

Thanks and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
